1. Purpose of the website
HotCall.kz provides information about software for call automation, CRM integration and sales team analytics. Visitors can learn about the service and request a consultation or demonstration.
HotCall.kz is the commercial product brand of Individual Entrepreneur МЕРЯНОВА НАЗУГУМ СЕЙИТЖАНОВНА (registered Individual Entrepreneur Name: Семья) (the “Operator”), also referred to as ИП «Семья». Full operator details are on the Legal details page (Russian) and the Company page.
2. Use of the website
Users must use the website lawfully, avoid disrupting it, and refrain from sending spam, malicious code or knowingly false inquiries. Another person's data may only be provided with an appropriate basis.
Public pages do not require registration. Use of individual service features after connection may be governed by a separate agreement and agreed terms.
3. Submitting an inquiry
By submitting an inquiry, the user supplies a contact number and any other data requested by the selected form so the Operator can respond and agree on further steps. The user is responsible for the accuracy of this information and availability at that number.
An inquiry is a request to the Operator and does not itself create an obligation to purchase or pay for the service. Service scope, pricing, connection dates and other conditions are agreed separately where needed.
4. Demonstrations and informational materials
Interface illustrations, examples, case studies and calculator results help visitors assess the service. Calculations depend on the entered data and assumptions and do not guarantee revenue, call volumes or other outcomes for a particular user.
Integration capabilities also depend on third-party platform settings and conditions. Mentioning a platform or its trademark does not itself imply an official partnership with its owner.
5. Responsibilities
The parties are responsible in accordance with applicable law and their agreements. Users are responsible for the lawfulness of their actions and the data they provide.
The website may experience interruptions or errors. Users can report issues through the Operator's contact details. The Operator does not control external websites or services linked from this website. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Intellectual property
Website materials, software, text and design may be protected by intellectual property law. Use is allowed within granted permissions and as permitted by law. Rights in third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners.
7. Personal data
Processing of visitor and inquiry data is described in the Privacy Policy. Users can read the policy using the link beside a form's submission button before submitting.
8. Third-party integrations
HotCall may provide integrations with third-party platforms, including CRM systems, telephony providers and business messaging platforms.
Use of such integrations may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
Availability of a specific integration may depend on approval or technical access granted by the third-party platform and the required account owner authorization. The TikTok Business Messaging API integration is planned and is not represented as already approved or operational.

9. Changes to these terms
The current version is published at hotcall.kz/en/terms with an update date. A new version does not retroactively change separately agreed obligations; an existing agreement is amended according to its provisions and applicable law.
